Courtney R. Worsham Elected to Omicron Delta Kappa Board of Trustees

Lexington, VA (09/14/2023) — Courtney R. Worsham (University of South Carolina-Columbia, Chi Circle, 2008), a lecturer and marketing internship director in the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, was recently elected to Board of Trustees for Omicron Delta Kappa, the National Leadership Honor Society. Worsham, whose term will conclude June 30, 2026, serves as Faculty/Staff Trustee and will chair the Mission Committee - Membership Services Subcommittee.

The announcement was made by Jennifer L. Waller, ODK president and chief executive officer.

"Omicron Delta Kappa is excited to have Ms.Worsham join our Board of Trustees. We applaud her dedication to the Society," Waller said.

Worsham earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia and her master's degree from Winthrop University. In addition to being a member of Omicron Delta Kappa, she is an initiate of the Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi and a member of Beta Gamma Sigma. She has served USC for more than 20 years, including various roles in marketing for intercollegiate athletics and residence life and housing.

Worsham is the long-time faculty advisor for the Chi Circle. The circle has received Superior Circle and Circle of Distinction honors during her years as an advisor, and always has a significant presence at the Society's conventions and conferences. She is the immediate past chair of the National Awards Committee.
